Finding a job online has become much tougher due to the unemployment pool all looking on the same websites like monster etc…..I think applying at smaller sites gives you a better shot.

Everytime I interview, the interviewer always pretends they know a lot about IT. When I get the job, I realize how stupid everyone in the department is. Am shocked at how they don’t know about certain things that have been around in IT forever.

I got asked what 12 x 12 is in a job interview for an art position. Definitely prep for the random questions, they want to know you’ll stay cool in stressful situations

Did you ever fail at something? how did you feel? what did you learn from it? Has this learning benefited you in any way later? Tell me 3 of your strongest qualities ! 3 of your downsides. Random question meant to destabilize you and your reaction. Random question to check if you’ll be in sync. with rampant corporatism, which you have to be so just say you wanna help the customer’s achieve his goals
