A short video created by the students of our school for the LLP Comenius. It was presented on 2/9 during the project meeting in Kirchheim u. Teck (Germany). Script (Commentary): Before you go to the interview, you have to make sure that the job you want to apply for is the right for you. Every day in many local newspapers there are interesting advertisements for both full-time and part-time jobs, so don’t miss them. Think about the days and the hours you will have to work. Also know how you’re going to get to and from work if you don’t drive. When you’ve decided to apply for a job, send your application with a CV. Don’t forget to list all your qualifications — degrees, diplomas and any previous experience you have with a job. For any job interview it is very important to be prepared. Here are some tips how to make a right impression. Employers always look for professionals, therefore, one of the most important things is to look professionally. That means no casual clothing… and no sneakers. If you’re a woman, minimize the amount of jewelry and perfume. You have to be on time for your interview, or even a few minutes earlier. Shake your interviewer’s hand. During the interview, it is important to concentrate on your interviewer and not to get distracted.
