WHEN THEY MADE THE VIDEOS LOL ASIAN WERE RULING THE WORLD :p
big up to the asian right away in the starting of the videoo
Good in theory not in practice in my experience human resources at ups only works if 1 employees are made aware of the procedures and 2 the managers actually implement it.
@Bluecollarchef
Did you actually listen to anything he said?
@ElfPrincessHarley so in a socialist country, I could refuse to participate in socialism, and no one would throw me in jail. I consider things like taking my money/goods; throwing me in jail; or interfering with my making a living to be violence against me. In your ideal socialist society, what would happen to me if I tried to set up a business and refuse any government control or involvement? Would I be allowed to operate?
@Bluecollarchef Violence? You should install that google thing on your computer and say “socialism” into it to help learn better.
@ElfPrincessHarley Here’s the problem with socialism, real or otherwise: I don’t agree with it. I don’t want to participate in your plan. In a socialist country, I’d be forced to participate through violence or the threat thereof. So…… unacceptable, not gonna work, ever. Back to the drawing board. As an Elf Princess, perhaps you should try magic to solve the world’s problems. Government, religion, and other forms of sorcery have only made things worse.
@Bluecollarchef this world has never known true socialism beyond the occasional isolated community here and there. Just because people called fascist regimes “socialism” doesn’t make them socialism.
@Bluecollarchef ..you’re talking about marxism. There are other forms of socialism other than marxism.

This is just my attempt to reply to your question. Maybe they know that the majority will not have interest in this information due to the success of the system. And the minority will do one of the following; 1. Nothing. 2. Lash out and be against the system (yet many remain asleep). 3. Seek to be apart of the evil.
Point 4. The information we receive is a tip of the iceberg. Only God He knows what the truth is.
Praise God He also knows the end.
I stand on His side.

Why is this information out here when the internet (Creation of the military industrial machine) is a controlled flow of information. I guess they hope a little knowledge is dangerous.
Employee-owned businesses, eh? Participatory organizations? Ok, I can get behind that. What’s stopping them from existing in a capitalist economy? (nothing. they do exist. example: Winco) And won’t those Employees want to be able to make more money?
